How many people exactly have intestinal problems I do not know, but I do know that many exist. Id like to tell you  more about the intestinal diet.

The intestinal diet

The intestinal diet can work for people with constipation, colon Spastich (ie colic with alternating diarrhea and constipation, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis (bowel inflammation), and diverticulosis (protrusions of the colon).

The usefulness of this diet is to eat fiber-rich and drink enough water. Also it is recommended to eat slowly and quietly. Here the do's and don'ts of this diet:

These nutrients may be used daily:
Whole wheat bread, raisin bread, whole grain knäckerbröd, bran, brown rice, meusli, cereal, oatmeal, rolled oats, whole wheat pasta, whole grain pasta, rye flakes, boiled / steamed potatoes, mashed potatoes made with skim milk, raw citrus fruits, prunes, raisins, apricots, figs, dates , nuts, low fat yogurt with fruit, fruit salad, fruit juice, vegetable juice, low fat yogurt, buttermilk, non-carbonated water.

These nutrients may have limited use:
white bread, pastries, coffee cakes, croissants, plain macaroni and spaghetti, noodles, vermicelli, butter or margarine not tanned, oil, very little mayonnaise and salad dressing, soft boiled and slightly stirred, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, fried eggs, omelette, skim cheese, skimmed fresh cheese, lean meat such as steak, roast beef, steamed beef, veal liver, pork roast, chicken, pigeon, hare, rabbit, turkey, white fish, leeks, spinach, rhubarb puree, small amounts of onion, radish, cucumber, white beans, mushrooms, haricot, pudding, dry biscuits, dry cakes, white ice cream, jelly, jam, syrup, honey, gingerbread, biscuits, salt, bay leaf, thyme, parsley, saffron and skim milk.

The nutrients you should not use:
Fresh bread, baked potatoes, chips, croquettes, chips, new potatoes, browned butter, browned margarine, frying fats and oils, hard cooked egg, hard boiled eggs, fermented and matured cheese, fatty cheese, soup, canned meat extract, bouillon cubes, fat meat , tinned meat, fat dessert, prepared meats, canned and oily fish.

It can also help if you taken in the morning yoghurt with a tablespoon of flaxseed or 3 kiwis take on an empty stomach.

If your symptoms are after a few days not away or if you already after 2 to 3 days blocked, then I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor. He can give you a remedy to empty the bowels.
